Secured Booking Deposit
All deposits are non-refundable. They guarantee your spot on our calendar and allow us to begin pre-production planning specific to your brand.
Last-Minute Cancellations
If a project is canceled less than 21 days prior to the scheduled start date, a 15% cancellation fee of the total project value will be applied. This helps cover time lost and resources allocated in preparation for your project.

All deposits made to secure services with Two Sisters Branding are non-refundable, as they reserve your project slot and initiate our creative process.
Final Deliverables Are Non-Refundable
Due to the custom nature of our work, all services and deliverables are final sale once completed and delivered. This includes branding materials, photography, videography, and any other creative assets outlined in your package.
Service Guarantee
If we are unable to fulfill the scope of work as agreed upon in your signed proposal, please notify us in writing. We are committed to resolving the issue fairly and professionally.
