FAQ
What’s the difference between the packages?
Each package is designed for a different level of content needs. The First Impression and Essentials Packages focus on professional photography, while The Signature and Full Package include both photo and video with creative direction for more elevated, strategic branding.
Is the studio rental fee included in your pricing?
No, studio rental is not included in our package pricing. The studio fee is charged separately and varies depending on the studio location selected and the total time reserved for your session. Once your studio is chosen and session length is confirmed, the exact rental cost will be added to your invoice.
do you help with posing and direction?
Absolutely! All sessions include on-set guidance and posing support. The Signature and Full Package also include full creative direction, moodboards, and styling guidance to ensure your content feels intentional and aligned.
What does “edited images” mean?
Edited images are professionally retouched for color, lighting, and consistency with our signature style. You’ll receive high-resolution files ready for web, social media, and marketing use.
Do i receive the raw files?
We do not offer raw images or unedited video files. All delivered content is professionally edited to reflect our style and ensure a polished, cohesive final result.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes. a non-refundable / transferrable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your session date, with the remaining balance due 48 hours before your session.
where are sessions located?
Sessions are held at a location agreed upon during booking. Studio rentals, if needed, are not included unless specified and may require an additional fee.
Where will my photos and videos be delivered?
You’ll receive a personalized online gallery with your edited images. Video files and reels will be delivered digitally via a secure download link (Google Drive, WeTransfer or Dropbox)

cancellation policy
At Two Sisters Branding, we take pride in creating meaningful, intentional brand experiences. To ensure that each project receives the attention it deserves, we carefully schedule our time and creative resources.
By booking with us and submitting a deposit, you acknowledge the following terms:
Secured Booking Deposit
All deposits are non-refundable. They guarantee your spot on our calendar and allow us to begin pre-production planning specific to your brand.
Last-Minute Cancellations
If a project is canceled less than 21 days prior to the scheduled start date, a 15% cancellation fee of the total project value will be applied. This helps cover time lost and resources allocated in preparation for your project.
Refund Policy
Our mission at Two Sisters Branding is to bring your vision to life through thoughtful strategy, design, and content creation. We’re committed to delivering high-value services tailored to each client’s brand journey. That said, we’ve outlined our refund policy below for clarity and transparency:
Non-Refundable Deposits
All deposits made to secure services with Two Sisters Branding are non-refundable, as they reserve your project slot and initiate our creative process.
Final Deliverables Are Non-Refundable
Due to the custom nature of our work, all services and deliverables are final sale once completed and delivered. This includes branding materials, photography, videography, and any other creative assets outlined in your package.
Service Guarantee
If we are unable to fulfill the scope of work as agreed upon in your signed proposal, please notify us in writing. We are committed to resolving the issue fairly and professionally.
